Offer description

The Rushcliffe Local Mental Health Team (LMHT) is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Team Leader to join our management team.

In collaboration with the Clinical Lead and the wider LMHT workforce, the Team Leader will be responsible for leading, monitoring, and evaluating team practice to achieve clinical excellence.

The post holder will oversee managerial supervision and support a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, patient-centred care, and provide senior leadership within the service.

This is an exciting time for LMHTs during our transformation. The right candidate will be involved in shaping new ways of working. The County South LMHT prides itself on evidence-based care and fostering a positive, supportive working culture.

A full UK driving license and vehicle for business use are required; reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled applicants in line with the Equality Act 2010.

The post holder will ensure effective delivery of evidence-based practice, aligned with Trust policies and procedures, and maintain performance management and governance arrangements.

You will support LMHT service transformation in line with the NHS Long Term Plan, facilitating pathway intervention evolution and embedding new working methods.

You will demonstrate active clinical and managerial leadership, providing support, education, and supervision to junior staff and professionals.

Please note: Applicants will need to pay for their DBS check, with costs deducted from salary (£26.40 standard or £54.40 enhanced). Enrolment in the DBS Update Service is encouraged, with an annual fee of £16.
