The Role – Manual Machinist / Centre Lathe Turner As a Manual Machinist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Operating centre lathes of various sizes * Manual turning of precision engineered components * Working to tight tolerances and engineering drawings * Producing one-off and small batch work * Occasional use of CNC machines (training or previous experience beneficial) * Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy This role is primarily manual machining focused, with some CNC machining exposure advantageous.
