Job Description

3. Accurately process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with all regulations and internal policies.
4. Manage and resolve payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
5. Support the payroll team during audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
6. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data integration.
7. Maintain up-to-date records of payroll adjustments and deductions.
8. Assist in streamlining payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
9. Provide support during organisational changes and transitions impacting payroll.
10. Ensure adherence to deadlines and delivery of payroll in a timely manner.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Coordinator should have:

11. Previous experience working within a payroll function, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
12. Knowledge of payroll systems and relevant regulatory requirements.
13. Strong numerical and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
14. Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
