The Impact you will have:
* As the Depot Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the running of our Maidenhead Depot
* Responsible for promoting and driving a safe and efficient workplace culture
* Lead and mentor a team of engineers, paint sprayers and workshop support engineers to deliver work on time and witin budget, driving the comercial performance of the Depot.
* Maintain site records for the facility such as fire, services and contractor records including status reports
* Forming part of the National Workshop team to ensure consistency and overall workshop KPI's
* Maintain robust recruitment, onboarding and training for the Depot with a focus on development and retention
* Deliver equipment to customer requirements on time at the lowest reasonable cost. To ensure customer service excellence and a continuous improvement approach to quality.
