Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to recruit a qualified Electrician to join our Maintenance team at the client's corporate banking facility in central Birmingham.

Working with other engineers, you will complete planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site, covering Low and High Voltage Distribution systems, final circuits, standby generators, load shedding equipment, UPS systems, batteries, Earthing and lighting protection, emergency lighting, and security lighting.
There will be some managing UPS load bank testing of the UPS batteries.
*We are happy to work with a developed Electrician looking to become more familiar with high voltage.*
There will also be some small mechanical maintenance and fabric jobs, with jobs delivered to your tablet system, allowing you to work autonomously and manage your workload.
There is excellent training available, and this is a modern, recently refurbished building with brand new equipment.
Actions will include:
1. Responsibility for electrical PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames to exceed customer expectations.
2. Responsibility for other building services maintenance, including fabric, HVAC, mechanical, and related tasks.
3. Providing callout response as per the callout rota.
4. Contractor control duties, including monitoring workmanship and issuing Permits to Work.
5. Ensuring electrical equipment operates to performance criteria.
6. Evaluating performance and ensuring proper servicing and maintenance of contracted equipment.
7. Maintaining accurate administration records and documents.
We need from you:
* Electrical qualifications and some working experience (installation or maintenance)
