What You'll Do
Store Manager in Stockton on Tees. 40 hours per week. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities:
* Delivering great service – ensure your team provides a great customer experience, delivering sales through service.
* Mucking in – help the team get the job done: checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
* Inspiring – encourage a positive mindset, build a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
* Asking questions and building relationships – support the development of your team; ensure customers leave the branch with everything they need.
* Leading – from the front, coach, motivate and engage your team, creating a great place to work where engagement is key.
* Building a fun working environment – maintain great product availability and high branch standards, while making sure the branch is a place everyone loves to work.
