The Marketing Executive is responsible for executing Wildfire's marketing and demand-generation activity — helping build the agency's profile, pipeline, and brand presence.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role supporting Wildfire's growth ambitions. You will plan, create, publish, and report on marketing activity across digital channels, working closely with the Head of Marketing and CEO to turn strategy into consistent, high-quality execution.
The role is non-client-facing and sits at the centre of Wildfire's internal marketing engine — combining creativity, organisation, and performance tracking to ensure the agency shows up clearly, confidently, and consistently in the market.
Required experience & capabilities
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
* Practical, hands-on experience using HubSpot for marketing activity and database management
* Confident use of Canva (or equivalent tools) to create on-brand marketing and social content
* Experience using Google Analytics and Google Ads to monitor, evaluate, and optimise performance
* Experience delivering marketing activity and content in a B2B and/or professional services environment
* The ability to work independently, without the need for significant training or upskilling
Experience with LinkedIn (including paid activity and Sales Navigator) is desirable.

* Bring structure and momentum to ongoing marketing initiatives

* Plan and execute marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and web
* Create and schedule social content using tools such as Canva and native platforms
* Manage HubSpot activity including sourcing new contacts, and adding to / managing our database
* Support website updates, landing pages, and content publishing
* Repurpose thought leadership, case studies, and insight into demand-generation assets
* Track and report on marketing performance in line with company templates
* Maintain a consistent content calendar and publishing rhythm
* Test and optimise content formats, messaging, and channels based on performance data
* Support the visual design of new business pitch presentations

* Support Wildfire's growth objectives through consistent, high-quality marketing execution
* Contribute to inbound lead generation and pipeline development
