The Marketing Executive is responsible for executing Wildfire's marketing and demand-generation activity — helping build the agency's profile, pipeline, and brand presence.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role supporting Wildfire's growth ambitions. You will plan, create, publish, and report on marketing activity across digital channels, working closely with the Head of Marketing and CEO to turn strategy into consistent, high-quality execution.

Required experience & capabilities

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

* Practical, hands-on experience using HubSpot for marketing activity and database management
* Confident use of Canva (or equivalent tools) to create on-brand marketing and social content
* Experience using Google Analytics and Google Ads to monitor, evaluate, and optimise performance
* Experience delivering marketing activity and content in a B2B and/or professional services environment
* The ability to work independently, without the need for significant training or upskilling

Experience with LinkedIn (including paid activity and Sales Navigator) is desirable.
