We are currently looking for an experienced SalesAdministrator to join our Maidenheadsales team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the Anti-money laundering process
* Supporting the sales team with all aspects of the sale processÂ
* Overseeing and understanding P&Ls
* Coordinating photos/brochures/window displays
* Managing property portals
* Organising external contractors
* Ordering and managing office supplies
* Diary management
* Liaising with support departments to ensure the smooth running of the office
Experience & Skills Required:
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to prioritise and organise
* Positive, pro-active and flexible approach
* Well presented
* Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Previous administration experiencewithin an estate agents or the property industry is not essential as the full training is provided
