Key Responsibilities
* Undertake preventive maintenance plans, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames to meet customer expectations.
* Complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks accordingly.
* Provide a callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
* Undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
* Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
* Work in a safe manner at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation and OCS H&S policy.
Key Hiring Criteria
* Previous experience working within Facilities Management would be ideal.
* Full clean driving licence.
* Able to carry out basic IT tasks on handheld devices.
Essential Qualifications
* A craft qualification such as a recognised electrical apprenticeship or equivalent to City & Guilds 2350 NVQ.
* Level 3 Electrical Installation Engineering + AM2.
* The current wiring regulations qualification such as or equal to City & Guilds 2381-18 Level 3 Award (18th Edition).
* Valid and in-date Grade card/CSCS Card or equivalent qualification.
Desirable Qualifications
* An Inspection & Testing qualification such as or equal to City & Guilds 2391-52 Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations.
