We're seeking a competent Administrative Assistant to support a busy school office and senior leadership team in Hayes, for a one-year maternity cover. In this fast-paced and varied role, you’ll be at the heart of school life - managing communications, supporting the admissions and exclusions process, maintaining key databases, producing reports, and ensuring the school systems run efficiently.
The Administrative Assistant will be the friendly face at the front line and the calm voice on the phone, helping to ensure the admin operations are smooth, compliant, and student focused. Previous experience of admissions is desirable.
