Senior Sales Rep – Web3 – Unlimited Budget – Full Remote + Travel
For our client, an Izrael/US Web3 company and leader in SW verification focusing on the security and correctness of Ethereum smart contracts, we are looking for aSales Rep.
They are the only company that provides automated prover technology to verify smart contracts with no false alarms, strong formal correctness guarantees, and full automation. Their customers are some of the top DeFi protocol innovators; they develop smart contracts which are small event-driven programs invoked by end-users to execute financial transactions. Bugs in smart contracts can be exploited by malicious users and can lead to losses at the scale of millions or even billions of USDs.
They are developing next-gen formal verification techniques to help top DeFis gain confidence in their contracts.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for afull-time sales representative to be part of the sales team in smart contract security in Europe. Full remote possible with travel around Europe. We will provide you with everything for career growth. We need to nail the sales process and scale for the future.
* Carry quota. Generates revenue from new leads and existing customers by adding new/additional services. Understand how to qualify inbound inquiries to initial conversation, transition into opportunities, and build the sales pipeline.
* Become an expert in our products and the broader web3 security space. Become adept at demonstrating and describing product and service offerings. Remain current with our product offering and gain key market information within the DeFi community.
* Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
* Accurately complete all necessary sales activities on Hubspot and help uplevel our existing sales process to ascalable and repeatable process. Provide reports as needed to show lead generation and/or qualification metrics.
* Drive great customer communication. Ability to travel (including Conferences during weekends). Communicate with potential clients in crypto events and Zoom calls. Follow on social media, telegram, slack, and web inquiries.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
* Previous sales experience. Experience managing the Sales process end to end. Ideally experience with selling technical solutions to software development teams.
* Skilled in persuasive communication techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as demonstrated by ahistory of preparing presentation materials for sales meetings.
* Passionate about crypto and deep technology and can speak about relevant topics that our customers engage in regularly. An understanding of crypto projects, including DeFi, lending Protocols, decentralized exchanges, Oracles, Stablecoins, Staking, and cross-chain platforms that may be potential customers. Interest for auditing or other security-related offerings.
* Location global – preferably Europe (Offices in Czechia, Germany, UK, Israel or East Coast US)
