Permanent, Full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Colchester Borough Homes (CBH) is a company set up by Colchester City Council (CCC). As part of the local business community since 2003, we are an award-winning organisation, providing management and maintenance services to around 7,000 homes throughout the City.
About the role
CBH is looking to recruit a Risk and Assurance Manager who will lead on co-ordinating CBH and CCCs adherence to the Social Housing Regulatory framework and ensure that CBH’s risk management systems are comprehensive, up to date and fit for purpose.
About you
Applicants must have a degree or equivalent in a relevant housing activity or related discipline, along with membership of a relevant Housing body such as the CIH, and experience of working in a large complex organisation.
Applicants must also have a good level of experience of operating in a regulatory and/or statutory service environment, support effective change management and working corporately and collaboratively with colleagues within the organisation and with a range of wider stakeholders.
