Join now for support with September vacancies. About the Role: As a Supply Early Careers Teacher, you will have the opportunity to: Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Adapt your teaching style to meet the diverse needs of individual pupils. Provide a positive and stimulating learning environment. Uphold safeguarding and school policies. Follow planning and assessment procedures as directed by the school. Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. Gain experience in a variety of school settings and year groups. Manage classroom behaviour effectively. About You: We are looking for enthusiastic and committed ECTs who: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are in the final stages of their teacher training. Have a strong understanding of the EYFS and/or KS1 curriculum. Are passionate about early years education and child development. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Are adaptable, resilient, and able to work in new environments. Have strong classroom management skills. Are proactive and able to use their own initiative.
