A fantastic opportunity for a Sous chef or hungry Chef de partie to learn, create and springboard their career here at The Crown Inn Broughton.
The Crown Inn is an AA Rosette Award Winning, independent , highly regarded, established countryside dining venue operating not only as an a la carte lunch and dinner restaurant (50 pax), but as a wedding venue (200 pax), festival venue outside catering (250 pax), with an Outdoor Cinema and Wood Fired Pizza trailer in operation during the summer in our garden.
Must be standards driven, hungry for development and have a desire to excel with a great attitude to work. This is a small team and you will be working directly with our Head Chef,not only on producing but the development of new interesting dishes for our seasonal menus.
We are ideally looking for an applicant who already has a well rounded strong skill set and is used to producing menu items from scratch whilst using local seasonal produce.
You will already have a strong previous experience so you understand the working reality of a busy kitchen.
Excellent rates of pay with an excellent shared tip scheme which on this current year is an excess of 14% to salary.
