This is an exceptional opportunity to become a vital part of our college, supporting the Principal and CEO. As Executive PA, you will play a key role in the leadership team, providing comprehensive, confidential, and high-level administrative support to ensure the effective running of the Principal and CEO’s office.
In this highly visible position, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of complex administrative tasks with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency. From coordinating schedules and preparing detailed reports, to organising meetings, events, and correspondence, you will be trusted to handle matters of strategic importance with care and precision.
You will be the first point of contact for the Principal and CEO, engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior leaders, governors, external partners, and visitors. As such, you will be a confident communicator who can build strong working relationships and represent the College with warmth and professionalism.
We are looking for someone who is exceptionally well-organised, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will need to demonstrate outstanding attention to detail, advanced IT skills, and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently. Experience in a similar role is desirable.

Hours of work: Full-time, 36.5 hours per week (across 5 days), term time plus an additional 10 days to be agreed by the line manager.
Salary: The salary for this post is paid on the Support Staff Pay Scale at point 17 - 19, currently £32,936 to 35,158 FTE, per annum. The salary will be adjusted for term time plus 10 days working.
