Job responsibilities
We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Social Workers who prioritize the child's voice to join our Children in Care Team!
Our goal in Children in Care is to achieve permanence for children and young people who are Looked After, ensuring they are in a safe, supportive home that meets their needs and encourages their development and well-being. We promote educational attainment and physical and mental health.
Vacancies are available in our South Team at Noble House, Ely, and our North Team at Scott House, Huntingdon. Please note ongoing office relocations may affect the South Team's location within the next 12-18 months; the new location will likely be nearby, and the Recruiting Manager will discuss this if you are shortlisted.

What will you be doing?
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Leading safeguarding efforts and ensuring timely, effective responses in line with child protection procedures
* Conducting assessments to identify needs and develop SMART outcomes
* Engaging with children, young people, and their families to build empowering relationships
* Producing child-centered reports and plans for various forums, including court
About you
We seek confident, dynamic individuals who enjoy making a difference, are curious, relationship-builders, and explore possibilities.
You must:
* Be a qualified Social Worker with registration from Social Work England
* Be able to work from multiple locations and travel across the county independently
