Job Description
* Oversee and manage the credit control process to ensure timely collections.
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce aged debt.
* Monitor customer accounts and promptly address any discrepancies.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer queries effectively.
* Provide regular reports on outstanding debt and credit control performance.
* Ensure strong relationships with clients while adhering to credit policies.
* Lead and mentor the credit control team to meet organisational goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Control Manager should have:
