The role
The Night Shift Supervisor is responsible foroverseeing operations during non-business hours, supervising a team of employees, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining safety standards, and addressing any issues that arise throughout the night shift, while reporting to upper management and ensuring the overall efficiency and quality of services during the nighttime period.Monitoring and first point of call for on call out of hours telephone service.
This role operates on a 4 on, 4 off rolling rota, with 10-hour night shifts from 10:00pm to 8:30am (including a half-hour unpaid break). The position is remote, covering 24/7 schemes and community properties across Concrete, and includes mileage and expenses in addition to salary.
