Administrator
Location: Reading
We are looking for an Administrator to join our large Reading-based recruitment office.
This is a full time position, working Monday-Friday with flexible hours in between 8am-5.30pm. We are 100% office based.
This is a temporary assignment to assist with a high volume of recruitment based administrative tasks.
The role and responsibilities:
1. As an Administrator you will assist various teams with answering calls and managing incoming candidate applications.
2. You will make sure candidates applications are reviewed and processed, forwarded to the relevant business area.
3. You will use our online portal systems to keep a track of important data.
4. You will work closely alongside other parts of the business to ensure pre-employment checks are being carried out efficiently and all information is being collected in a timely manner
What we need from you:
5. Attention to detail is key with this role.
6. Good written and spoken communication skills necessary - you will need to liaise with other parts of the business regularly.
7. Self motivated and confident.
