My client is a large-scale social entertainment venue in the heart of East London, combining immersive experiences, high-energy events, great food & drink, and an electric atmosphere. From corporate takeovers and brand activations to birthday parties and large group socials, they host hundreds of unforgettable events every year.
Were now looking for an ambitious Sales & Events Manager to drive bookings, manage event planning and help grow the venues reputation as one of Londons most exciting places to celebrate.
The Role
This is a dynamic role combining proactive sales with hands-on event planning. Youll be responsible for generating new business, converting inbound enquiries, and ensuring events are delivered seamlessly from initial enquiry through to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert inbound event enquiries across corporate, private, and brand bookings
Proactively generate new business through outreach, partnerships, and networking
Lead venue show-rounds and client meetings
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event planners
Create tailored event proposals and packages
Coordinate event logistics with operations and venue teams
Oversee event delivery to ensure a high-quality guest experience
Track sales pipeline, targets, and performance
Identify opportunities to grow revenue through upselling and repeat bookings
What Were Looking For
24+ years experience in events sales, venue sales, or hospitality sales
Proven ability to convert leads and hit revenue targets
Strong organisational and project management skills
Excellent communication and client-facing ability
Passion for events, hospitality, and social entertainment
A proactive, energetic, and solution-focused mindset
