The team supports clients through court proceedings, negotiated dispute processes, and strategic advisory work across a wide spectrum of issues connected to property projects, purchases, funding arrangements, and tenancy matters.
Experience required:
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
* Between 1-3 years’ PQE in property litigation gained at a leading London firm
* Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
* Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
