Contracts Manager

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee multi-trade full fit-out projects nationwide. Based from Rotherham, you will manage several contracts from start to finish, working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
What you will do
* Lead multiple full fitout contracts
* Oversee design, manufacture and installation stages
* Ensure projects meet health and safety and building standards
* Manage subcontractors, resources and budgets
* Act as the main point of contact for clients
* Support project and site managers to deliver high standards
1. What you will need
* Construction qualification (Level 6 NVQ, HNC or above)
* CSCS card and full UK driving license
* Experience managing fit-out and joinery projects
* Knowledge of health and safety and fire safety regulations
* Strong financial and leadership skills
