Your Role

Whether directing vehicles, enforcing road safety, or sharing knowledge about upcoming events, you’ll create an atmosphere that keeps people coming back for more.

Consistent CUSTOMER Satisfaction – Maintain a spotless and well-organised Yard, uphold road safety standards, and deliver top-tier service with a smile.
Generating SALES Growth – Ensure all vehicles are accounted for, assist with check-ins and payments, and create excitement for upcoming events.
Inspiring PEOPLE Happiness – Be an active part of the Marshal team, supporting Newbies, learning about vehicle heritage, and keeping up with automotive trends.
Optimising PROFIT Results – Maximise venue capacity, maintain cleanliness, and always be ready to lend a hand in the Store when needed.
