Manufacturing Production Operative
Location: Nelson
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 17:00
* Friday: 07:30 - 11:30
* 30-minute unpaid lunch + two 10-minute paid breaks
Are you experienced in manufacturing and production? Do you have a strong work ethic and the ability to handle potentially heavy materials? We're looking for a Production Operative to join a busy Department within a windows and doors manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling and hanging glass safely and efficiently
* Working with heavy materials in a fast-paced production setting
* Supporting the glazing and assembly of windows and doors
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role
* Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
* Experience in glazing, hanging or working with glass is highly desirable
