About the Role
As our Finance Systems Lead, you’ll play a critical role in driving financial systems excellence and enabling data‑driven decision making across Rosemont. Acting as a key business partner, you will lead system enhancements, support strategic projects, and ensure our financial tools and processes empower high-quality insights and business performance.
This role will require the successful candidate to work from our Leeds office twice a week.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a business partner, supporting cross‑functional collaboration and enabling key business objectives.
* Lead and enhance our Anaplan forecasting tool as the SME, ensuring continuous improvement.
* Maintain and improve BI Analytics platforms to meet evolving business needs.
* Serve as finance lead for our data platform implementation, enabling accurate reporting and robust decision‑making.
* Deliver financial modelling, scenario planning and long‑range forecasting to support strategic planning and growth.
* Provide key financial inputs for our AI strategy and modern data platform development.
* Support M&A integration activities related to forecasting and reporting.
* Act as business partner for international subsidiaries.
* Develop and maintain training materials for financial reporting tools, coaching less experienced colleagues.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified accountant with 2+ years PQE.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar systems‑focused finance role.
* PowerBI expertise and strong financial modelling skills.
Ideal Requirements
* Experience with data analytics, ERP systems, modern data platforms, Anaplan, and Fabric.
