Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day running of the AV department and mentor junior technical staff
* Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the AV stores and control rooms
* Coordinate the technical requirements for all external lettings and community events
* Lead the implementation of new AV technologies across the campus
* Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless network integration for AV devices
Qualifications and Experience
* Significant experience in AV management or senior technical support
* Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
* Ability to handle complex logistics with calm and precision
* Must have the right to work in the UK
