This specialist global law firm is one of the leaders in the insurance world and has recently overhauled its marketing and business development function. As part of this, a new role to lead the firm’s freshly revamped global client account programme has been created.
Responsibilities
* Embedding the new client programme globally
* Working with global BD/client teams to advise and support them on best practice account management
* Training and coaching partners on key account management, cross‑selling and how to grow revenue
* Managing a small number of key accounts
* Developing client management best practice and working on major key account projects
* Conducting client feedback and encouraging others to do so
* Managing, developing and upskilling a best in class key account management team
Qualifications
You will have extensive experience of managing client relationships and running client programmes in a large international law firm. Experience of the insurance sector is also desirable but by no means essential.
