Sales Support Representative
Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team whilst a member of staff goes on a maternity leave. The ideal candidate will provide valuable support to our sales team and ensure smooth operations within the sales department.
Duties:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and data entry
- Maintain accurate records of sales information
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Organise and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and photocopying
- Support the office with general administrative tasks
Experience:
- Computerise with excellent data entry skills
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
