Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a key role in the customer journey. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to engage with customers effectively. This role involves assisting customers with their orders and enquiries and providing information about our products ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Duties
You will be responsible for all aspects of sales order processing cycle from taking calls, inputting the orders, and liaising with the external sales team and all associated departments.
* Respond to customer orders and requests via telephone, email and our customer online platform in a timely and professional manner.
* Checking stock availability and co ordinating customer deliveries.
* Maintain accurate data entry of customer information and interactions.
* Provide detailed information about our products, assisting customers where required.
* Assisting with our exciting new product launches
* Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar administrative, customer service role involving a delivered product, B2B preferred.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Analytical and methodical approach, with an ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
* Working on own initiative and efficiently prioritising your workload.
* Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer orders.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism at all times.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to think on your feet.
* Proficient in the use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
