Your Role
The Data Workstream Lead is accountable for defining and driving the data strategy and multi-system Data for Go Live for the enterprise rollout of Infor SyteLine (CSI), Infor FactoryTrack, and Infor CPQ, with data sourced from Oracle EBS 11i and other legacy systems. The role ensures data readiness, quality, and alignment across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, engineering, and commercial functions. You will work cross-functionally with IT and Data teams, Global Process Owners and Business Subject Matter Experts to deliver a clean and governed dataset into the target solutions – supporting accurate transactions, configuration, reporting, and operational processes. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration across business and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and own the creation of a global baseline design and drive the deployment across the JW Plant, Sales Office and Distribution Centre Network
* Create detailed time and resource plans for data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and validation.
* Ensure data rules are consistent across Oracle EBS 11i and the Infor suite.
* Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and gaps.
* Work with business stakeholders to validate critical data elements.
* Lead all phases of migration including scoping, mapping, transformation rules, reconciliation, and load acceptance.
* Conduct mock conversions and ensure readiness for SIT, UAT, and Cutover.
* Collaborate with functional leads, IT teams, and external vendors.
* Communicate progress, risks, and issues to the ERP Programme Manager.
* Facilitate workshops to assess the data change journey for each unique Plant or Sales Office, capturing data rules and requirements into the global baselines.
* Identify data-related risks and develop mitigation plans.
Skills and Experience
* Excellent communication with the ability to build great relationships.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead diverse groups to consensus.
* Proven experience in data migration within ERP implementations (preferably Infor Syteline or similar).
* Strong understanding of manufacturing data structures (BOMs, routings, inventory, suppliers, customers).
* Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
* Experience leading virtual teams without direct reporting lines strongly desired.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
* Certifications in data management or ERP systems (desirable).
* Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors (preferred).
