The Opportunity
A great opportunity to own CRM end-to-end in a fast-growing, private equity-backed healthcare business.
With rapid expansion (25 - 43 clinics and growing), CRM is a key driver of performance - and you’ll play a central role in shaping the customer journey and driving results.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the full customer (patient) journey, focusing on lead nurture, conversion, and retention.
* Build and optimise automated email & SMS campaigns
* Manage end-to-end CRM journeys from enquiry to engagement
* Use data, testing, and insight to improve performance
* Work closely with Sales to drive bookings and revenue
* Present campaign performance and insights internally
What We’re Looking For
* Strong CRM / lifecycle marketing experience
* Proven ability to build and optimise campaigns end-to-end
* Experience managing customer journeys across the funnel
* Data-driven and commercially aware
* B2C experience (sector flexible)
Tech
* Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
