As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the sales process, ensuring smooth administration and communication from order receipt through to despatch and invoicing. Key Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Coordinator Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries and orders Process and manage customer orders accurately using our ERP system (ASC) Liaise with production, engineering, and account management teams to ensure orders run smoothly Provide timely updates to customers and resolve any queries Contribute to internal reporting and help strengthen the overall order fulfilment process What We’re Looking For in an Internal Sales Coordinator Previous experience in internal sales, order management, or customer service within an engineering or manufacturing environment Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Confidence in using ERP systems A proactive and team-oriented approach, with strong influencing skills Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Why Join Us as an Internal Sales Coordinator?
