Enterprise Sales Manager (French Speaking)
£110k base + £170k OTE

The Role:
This is a senior, high-impact hire with full responsibility for driving enterprise growth across France, while also leading an existing team of Account Executives across the UK and Benelux.
Split of responsibilities:
70% — Enterprise Sales (France)
• Own and deliver enterprise revenue across the French market
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through to close
• Close high-value, complex, multi-year enterprise agreements
• Capitalise on existing partnerships already generating qualified opportunities
30% — Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 Account Executives
• Drive performance, accountability, and execution
• Lead from the front as a player-coach
This is not a “hands-off” leadership role. We are looking for someone who still loves to sell.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and deliver European enterprise revenue targets
• Full accountability for revenue performance
• Manage and scale a multi-country enterprise sales team
• Own strategic enterprise accounts end-to-end
• Work closely with leadership, marketing, and partnerships
• Attend key industry events and customer meetings
• Forecast, report, and execute with precision
What We’re Looking For:
• Fluent in French and English
• Proven enterprise sales performer with consistent target achievement
• Experience launching or scaling new markets
• Track record managing enterprise sales teams
• Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Comfortable operating in fast-growth, high-ownership environments
• Strong commercial, forecasting, and CRM discipline
• Willing to travel across France and Europe
