Talent Acquisition Advisor
12-month FTC

£30,000p.a. - £35,000p.a.
Loom Talent are partnering exclusively with an impressive distribution brand based in Warwickshire. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join them on a fixed term contract on a maternity cover.
You will work on a hybrid basis from their offices and as part of a wider Talent Acquisition function of 8!
What the role will include:
* Building relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and taking job descriptions
* Post adverts, sift through applications and shortlist for high volumes of vacancies
* Telephone screening candidates
* Management and coordination of interviews with both candidate and Line Managers
* Taking candidate feedback and updating key stakeholders
* General recruitment administration including reference checks.
What they would like from you:
* Previous experience in a 360, end to end Talent Acquisition Advisor role
* Someone comfortable and with experience managing a high-volume vacancy load (ideally within logistics distribution and supply chain)
* Proven ability to prioritise, multitask and work to pace
* Have the initiative to directly source candidates using various methods
* Due to the nature of this role, they are less likely to consider candidates who solely have agency experience.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract, you will be ideally immediately available or on very short notice and able to commute to the Warwickshire area. The salary is paying between £30,000p.a. And £35,000p.a. (dependant on experience) with additional holiday allowance and benefits.
