Your new role
This is a newly created 100% office-based HR Assistant job working as part of a wider HR Team. This HR Assistant job requires someone who can work on a collaborative basis. Duties include but not limited to:
1. Ensure all employee data is accurate and correctly recorded on HR systems, including clocking patterns, pay data and position data
2. Producing daily reports from HR systems
3. Filing and scanning HR employee files
4. Produce information for payroll, including exceptions, sickness, absence etc.
5. Prepare sickness and absence reports
6. HR administration
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job, you will have ideally worked within an HR environment previously. YOU MUST, however, have worked as part of a team where you are dealing with sensitive and confidential information AND understand that confidentiality is absolutely paramount.
7. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (INTERMEDIATE EXCEL) with the ability to learn systems quickly
8. A keen eye for detail is critical
9. Great organisational and time management skills
10. Strong interpersonal andmunication skills
11. CIPD Level 3 preferred or equivalent exposure
12. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
