Duties and responsibilities related to the Front Office Host/ess role Deliver a smooth and professional guest arrival and departure experience, including rooming and luggage assistance Ensure all guests have appropriate credit facilities established in line with hotel procedures Obtain and process passports and guest documentation in accordance with local legislation and Hyatt data-privacy standards Accurately manage all cash handling, billing, and financial transactions Assist guests throughout their stay, promptly resolving enquiries and complaints with care and professionalism Maximise revenue opportunities through effective upselling of rooms, services, and facilities Provide clear and comprehensive information about the hotel, available services, and facilities Maintain a courteous, welcoming presence that reflects Hyatt service standards and brand values About you Passionate about delivering a warm and seamless guest experience with a friendly, professional, and confident approach.
