Based within our community nursing teams, you will provide care to people in their homes and collaborate with Community Matrons, Specialist Nursing Services, Rapid Response, and therapy teams. We empower our staff with state-of-the-art tablets for real-time, electronic note-taking on the go.
In this role, you will care for patients in a manner you believe is best, uphold our high service standards, share best practices, and actively seek to improve our work processes.
HCRG Care Group (North Kent) is offering a 1-year full-time Specialist Practitioner Award in District Nursing starting January 2026. The course involves 50% taught sessions at the University of Greenwich and 50% work-based placements. Successful applicants will be employed on a full-time, fixed-term 12-month contract, with a salary and full funding for the programme.
Opportunities exist to join us as a permanent staff member after completing the course, with ongoing support to achieve Non-Medical Prescribing qualifications.
