Our client, a prestigious UK Law Firm, is seeking a new Facilities Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the London office.
Key Details:
1. 40-hour working week with alternating shifts between 08:00-18:00.

Responsibilities:
* Respond to, action, and monitor all Facilities Helpdesk enquiries via email, Teams messages, and calls, and assign tasks to relevant departments.
* Set up furniture and equipment configurations for all client meeting rooms and events.
* Serve as the main contact for London staff regarding faults, failures, spills, leaks, etc., and coordinate resources to resolve issues.
* Draft and complete Facilities Helpdesk email communications.
* Communicate daily with on-site M&E engineers and other subcontractors.
* Order office supplies and liaise with suppliers.
* Conduct daily checks of facilities areas for cleanliness and supplies, ensuring floor walks are completed.
* Assist with internal office moves and related communications in coordination with the Facilities Helpdesk and Accounts Manager.
* Process invoices, create POs, and manage credit card expenses using the firm's account management software.
Minimum Requirements:
* Facilities experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
* Experience in coordinating and preparing meeting rooms for events and functions.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
