Responsibilities
Responsibilities combine commercial engagement with operational execution:
* Engage with customers, understand their needs and help turn interest into firm commitments.
* Develop and manage proposals and tenders, build long-term relationships, and ensure promises are kept after the sale so clients stay satisfied.
* Turn plans into reality through order processing, supply chain coordination, production scheduling and logistics.
* Maintain a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and keeping every step on track.
* Demonstrate strong follow-through and comfort with business systems and tidy data.
* Utilize modern workplace tools and quickly learn ERP, CRM, and project-management platforms; analyze data to build reports, spot patterns and improve processes.
* Communicate clearly, think structurally and stay calm under pressure; collaborate with sales support, account management, project coordination, logistics, engineering or other related fields to shape the right role.
Qualifications
We are looking for people with a strong commercial mindset, an operational focus and genuine technical curiosity. You should:
* Be capable of engaging with customers, identifying needs and turning interest into firm commitments.
* Have experience with proposals, tenders and maintaining long-term client relationships.
* Be skilled in turning plans into reality with order processing, supply chain, production scheduling and logistics, with safety and quality as priorities.
* Be comfortable with business systems and data, and adept at using Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, ERP, CRM and project-management platforms.
* Be comfortable building and using reports, spotting patterns and driving process improvements.
* Communicate clearly, stay organized and remain composed under pressure. We welcome people from sales support, account management, project coordination, logistics, engineering or other related fields and will shape the right position during recruitment.
