PRU Learning Support Assistant

We need Teaching Assistants to work in Pupil Referral Units for children with challenging behaviour across Stoke on Trent.
Responsibilities
* Support children in small groups to engage with their education, regulate emotions, and manage behaviours
* Assist with classroom activities and targeted interventions for pupils with SEMH needs
* Support pupils who may display challenging behaviours in a calm and constructive manner
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience working with people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs
* Patience and resilience
* Skills working with children or adults with disabilities
* Confident supporting challenging behaviour
* Innovative
