Procurement Consultant – All Levels (Security Cleared)

Job Description
Due to increased workloads and securing additional clients across both public and private sectors, we have a new opportunity for a Senior Procurement Consultant to join our growing Contract Services team in our UK offices.

Main Expectations
* Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to public and private sector clients.
* Manage and collaborate with a team on end‑to‑end procurement services for major projects or programmes.
* Support post‑contract contract management and development of procurement services.
* Contribute to business development, marketing and bid preparation for the Contract Services team.
* Help achieve team and business targets.
Qualifications
* Experience leading or supporting projects in a strategic procurement environment.
* Strong background in tender preparation and development of key documents across relevant sectors.
* Experience with supplier engagement, market engagement and contract award processes.
* Cross‑sector experience, e.g. utilities, defence, security or public contract regulations.
* Knowledge of standard model contracts, particularly NEC4, and experience in alliancing/partnership contracts.
* Post‑contract contract management experience, especially under NEC4.
* Familiarity with MCIPs accreditation (or working towards it).
* Preferably a degree in construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement.
* Preferable experience in defence and/or infrastructure sectors.
* Ideally hold or able to obtain Security Clearance (SC).
* Strong commercial modelling skills and supply chain intelligence development.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration.
* Self‑directed, adaptable and able to manage multiple activities.
