Built Alliance are working with one of the North’s fastest-growing construction consultancies as they look to appoint a Project Manager to join their expanding Stockton-on-Tees office.
This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced Directors and senior leaders on framework-led healthcare and education projects, delivering meaningful outcomes for communities across the North East and Yorkshire. You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from early design stages through to completion, with exposure to clients including NHS Trusts, schools, and local authorities.
The consultancy has built a strong reputation over the past five years for being people-first and sustainability-driven, consistently delivering high-quality projects while embedding Net Zero, ESG, and social value into their work.
They’re keen to speak with Project Managers who have experience delivering construction projects (public sector experience is beneficial but not essential), are comfortable supporting procurement and contract administration under JCT and/or NEC, and enjoy working in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams. An interest in sustainability and long-term career development within a growing consultancy is key.
In return, you’ll join a business that combines the agility of an SME with a secure pipeline, offering unlimited holiday, a 7% employer pension contribution, bonus incentives, regular team away days and volunteering initiatives, alongside private healthcare, income protection, and life assurance.
