Hours: Zero-hours contract (typical surgery hours Monday–Saturday, 8:00am–7:00pm)

O’Farrell Staunton Dental Centre is looking for a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our friendly and professional team on a zero-hours basis, with the opportunity to progress into a permanent position as the role develops.
Hours and working days will be discussed at the interview, depending on practice needs and your availability. A typical surgery week runs Monday to Saturday between 8:00am and 7:00pm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career in dentistry or an experienced trainee dental nurse working towards qualification who is looking for a supportive practice where they can gain experience and grow professionally.

Role Responsibilities
8. Provide chairside support to dentists during a range of dental procedures
9. Prepare and maintain dental surgeries and equipment
10. Maintain high standards of infection control and decontamination
11. Ensure accurate and compliant patient records are maintained
12. Support stock management and general practice organisation
13. Help maintain a calm, efficient, and patient-focused clinical environment
About You
We are looking for someone who:
14. Is currently training as a Dental Nurse or looking to begin their career in dental nursing
15. Is reliable, professional, and patient-focused
16. Has excellent communication skills and enjoys working as part of a team
17. Is organised, adaptable, and motivated to learn
