JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent will be a Data‑driven performance‑based leader who leads for profitable growth, effective NRR plans and business operations. The CSP Core Principles will include: Discipline, Simplification + talent to: Win differently, create the roadmap for growth and investment and create value through differentiation.

* Net Revenue Management (NRM) lead for Homecare CSP team
* Deliver Net Revenue Realization (NRR) planning and Trade Investment Framework for the Customer Development (CD) and Clan Teams.
* Lead for target setting, Customers Value Assessment (CVA) analysis and performance management across Home Care (HC)
* Lead for Optimising Promotional Sell Out c(OPSO), Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB) Trade Marketing Investment (TMI) workstream, GM enhancing workstream
* Own unprofitable business agenda


RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and deliver the Clan based Channel & Category strategies to enable UL UK to win in store and on line. Feed into the overall Channel Strategy Development [CCD Team owned]
* Provide Customer/Channel feedback [ability to execute to strategy, fit with retailer agenda/strategy] to IBP Process via feedback to Clans and Brand Teams.
* Input into IPM business case development.
* NRM levers 3-5 & Trade Investments for the Category/Channel.


This role will provide input to:

* [CSP team] NRM & performance management lead
* [Brand Team] Manage customer and cell based performance, NRM funnel and NRR plan across HC


Key Performance Metrics:

* FY and 1/4ly Category USG and GM.
* Trade Spend/ UPG [TTS and BBT management in line with strategy]
* Tracking low and 0 GM business improvement

* Commercial acumen & analytical skills
* Net Revenue Management experience
* P&L management
* Performance Management and Gap closing
* Evaluating the bigger picture and creating the NRR plan for 2024 and beyond
