Role Overview
The Director, Client Leadership has ownership for a selection of key Nexus Media Solutions (NMS) clients. They are responsible for delivering outstanding client leadership to retain and grow NMS existing clientele, including all areas of cross-channel activation. In addition, they will be required to identify, unlock, and grow new client opportunities.
Responsibilities
1. Client Leadership and agency partnership
o Own assigned clients within NMS (3-5 clients), establishing yourself as a trusted strategic advisor and the go-to person for client relationships.
o Build a detailed understanding of their clients, their needs, the business/marketing challenges they face, and align these to opportunities within NMS.
o Partner with key agency stakeholders, including Client partners, to deliver growth plans by embedding within agency teams.
o Deliver strategic insights, innovation, and growth across the client base.
o Design and deliver strategic client engagement initiatives, including QBRs, innovation workshops, and roadmap sessions.
o Engage proactively on both day-to-day and long-term industry topics, sharing updates and advice.
o Strive for the highest level of client satisfaction.
2. Growth and success of clients
o Partner with the agency to deliver growth plans for clients.
o Manage NMS pipeline, forecast revenue, and identify new revenue opportunities.
o Identify growth opportunities through analysis and showcase new NMS products.
o Drive key growth initiatives and develop team capabilities for strategic account growth.
3. Effective ways of working
o Provide thought leadership within your vertical and support NMS and agency pitch efforts.
o Represent client interests internally, influencing solutions development and marketing science.
o Follow collaborative working practices with various teams to deliver top-tier campaign proposals and insights.
o Maintain comprehensive knowledge of GM solutions and services, and identify opportunities for case studies and awards.
