We are looking for a COINS support analyst to cover a maternity leave for up to a year. This role is fully home-based with occasional visits to one of our network of offices.
What You Will Do
* Provide COINS support, advice, and guidance for internal users, resolving issues within agreed SLAs
* Follow policies and procedures for new starters and leavers
* Set up users (both in COINS and QUBE PM/SLM)
* Help document business processes and develop internal guidance notes and a knowledge base
* Perform business analysis to understand and document technical requirements and design solutions
* Log support issues and liaise with 3rd party application vendors to ensure resolution of software incidents
* Help ensure that the COINS system is fully compliant with all aspects of legislation
* Work alongside and advise the Dandara internal/external IT support team where applicable
* Perform any other duties required by the demands of the role
What You Will Have
* In-depth understanding of the COINS ERP system
* Previous experience working with finance, commercial or in a systems capacity
* Previous experience working in IT or as part of an IT project
* Experience supporting end users with an ERP platform
* Excellent problem‑solving ability
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact confidently and professionally with teams and people from all backgrounds
* Personable and comfortable explaining technical issues to a non‑technical audience
* Excellent understanding of business processes in a construction environment
* Preferable understanding of running small IT projects, changes, and improvements
* Comfortable making recommendations for change or enhancements
* Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
