Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner with experience in Primary and/or Urgent care. The candidate should be educated to an advanced level of practice with the ability to work autonomously.

Job responsibilities
* Manage highly complex situations involving acute, non-acute, and chronic illnesses.
* Manage clinical uncertainty and conflict.
* Willing to undergo education and training, work towards professional and performance development.
* Minimum 3 years NP experience required.
* Conduct telephone triage, manage illnesses and conditions across all ages, and refer patients independently.
* Arrange and interpret investigations, demonstrate high-level clinical skills.
Person Specification
Experience (Essential): 3 years Nurse Practitioner experience, time management, flexibility, staff training.
Qualifications (Essential): RGN/RN, MSc Nursing, Extended and supplementary prescribing, minimum 3 years NP experience, telephone triage, independent referral, high-level clinical skills.
Desirable: Family planning, diabetes, pediatric skills certificates.
Additional requirements: DBS check, current UK registration.
