Location: Norwich (NR3) or Ipswich (IP1)
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 (negotiable, depending on skills and experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday 08:30–17:00 (1 hour unpaid lunch)

We're actively recruiting for a Client Services Coordinator to join a busy and professional Client Services team within a well-established financial planning business (company name withheld for confidentiality). This is a key role supporting Financial Planners/Wealth Managers and working closely with Paraplanners and Technical Support to ensure an outstanding client experience.
The role
Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you'll coordinate a varied workload of client servicing and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exemplary service standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing day-to-day administrative support to Financial Planner(s), including servicing policies and assisting with changes (e.g., income/withdrawals, premiums, funds) and preparing meeting packs.
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, handling complex and sensitive queries when the Financial Planner is unavailable.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring tasks are diarised/actioned and correspondence is logged.
Liaising with platform and product providers to obtain plan information and progress actions, escalating issues where appropriate.
Coordinating with Paraplanners and Technical Support to help ensure timely delivery of client reports and documentation.
Processing business documentation (new business, application forms, instruction letters) and producing regular valuation reports in line with client propositions.
Supporting continuous improvement by contributing to better processes and ways of working.
What we're looking for
Self-motivated, accountable, and committed, with a strong team ethos.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high-quality English.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills; able to manage workload and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Good understanding of a client services environment, including complex administration and case handling.
Highly numerate, solutions-focused, and confident problem-solving.
Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience in a financial services client servicing/admin role is preferred (Intelliflo Office/iO experience is an advantage).
Qualifications
GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
Financial Services qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
