A respected M&E contractor based in Rochford, Essex is looking to appoint an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to support ongoing and upcoming projects across the region. With a strong pipeline of commercial, residential, and public sector schemes 🔧, this role offers excellent job stability, project variety, and the chance to progress within a growing team.
You’ll work alongside a well-established commercial and project delivery team, handling both mechanical and electrical packages from start to finish.

Manage the financial aspects of M&E works across multiple projects

đź“‘ Prepare and review tender documents, subcontractor packages, and valuations

Monitor budgets, variations, and final accounts

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams for cost control

Attend progress meetings and provide accurate commercial updates
*
Identify value engineering opportunities and manage cost risk
