Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to lead and develop our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with the ability to inspire players to reach their full potential. This role requires a commitment to fostering a positive team environment while implementing effective training programmes that enhance both individual skills and team dynamics.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and strategy.
* Conduct regular practice sessions, ensuring all players are engaged and learning effectively.
* Analyse player performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
* Foster a positive team culture that promotes sportsmanship, respect, and collaboration among players.
* Organise and oversee competitive matches, ensuring adherence to rules and regulations.
* Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff regarding team progress and expectations.
* Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and trends in football to continually improve training methods.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably in football.
* Strong teaching skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with players of all ages.
* A thorough understanding of football rules, strategies, and training methodologies.
* Ability to motivate and inspire players while maintaining discipline within the team.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 15 per week
